Keep real customer words

Add customer reviews and feedback to Brain with the source they came from. Keep the customer's actual words separate from your own summary.

You can supply a review page, paste text or add a file. Ask your AI app to propose the facts to keep. Approve the draft in My brand, under Brand updates.

When the customer topic offers quote permission, record whether the organization is allowed to quote those words. Only mark permission when it has been given. You can withdraw it later.

Useful feedback names a concrete experience or result. Keep its date and source so someone can check it. A customer's statement is evidence of their experience, rather than proof that everyone gets the same result.
