Check your Meta tracking

Open Connections, then Manage on Meta ads. Check Tracking, or ask your AI app to check the account's tracking.

Read when the check ran, which pixels it found and which events Meta received. Missing purchases can mean no sales, missing events or a read that has not finished. Compare the explanation with orders in your store for the same dates.

If the check identifies a problem, follow its fix steps in Meta or your store, then check again. Goose reads tracking data; you change the pixel and store settings yourself.
