Open Files for your brand's uploads, documents and folders. You can also ask your AI app to manage them.

Upload and read

Upload photos, videos, audio, PDFs, text, logos and fonts. Your AI app can read text from uploaded documents and give you a link for other files. Ask it to learn from a file separately when the contents belong in Brain.

Supplied photos and videos remain source files. You can search an analyzed video's scenes and open a link to a particular moment.

Documents and versions

Ask your AI app to save a note, brief or report. Give it a clear title and say which folder to use. Every document change saves a version. Read an older version, then save it as a new version to bring it back.

If someone edited the document first, read their newest version before saving your change.

Folders and names

Move uploads and documents into an existing folder, create a folder or take files out of a folder. Rename a file, document or folder when needed. Removing a folder leaves its contents unfiled.

Deleting an upload removes it for good. Archiving a document keeps it available to restore. Files used as the brand's logo or font may need to be replaced in Brain before deletion.

Share and download

Make a share link for one upload, a document or a folder. Anyone with the link can open it without signing in. Choose an expiry when needed and turn off a link to end access.

Download a folder as a ZIP. Goose prepares it in the background. Follow the progress in your AI app, then open the download link when it is ready.
