Credits and plans

Your organization shares one credit balance. Paid competitor research and social post searches show their price or spending limit before they start. Review that price rather than relying on a price quoted in a chat.

Approve work

Approve the price on its card in your AI app, or open its link in GooseWorks. Pending research prices also appear on Home and research pages. A yes typed in chat cannot spend credits. If a price expires, ask for a new one.

Goose holds the approved amount while the job runs. When it ends, Goose settles the amount used and releases what remains. The credit ledger records each change.

Plans and extra credits

Open Plan & usage for your balance, held credits, plan, payments and usage. Owners and admins can choose or change a plan, buy extra credits, manage payment details and redeem coupons. Members can view the balance and approve work within the available credits.

Plan credits renew with the plan. The checkout and billing page show the current price, renewal date and any scheduled change. Coupon terms show when their credits expire.

Credit alerts

Goose can email owners and admins when credits are low or have run out. Manage these alerts in Settings. Sign-in and invitation emails remain necessary for access.
