Brand and sources

Connected data and Meta

Read connected account data, source results and freshness.

Open Connections to connect Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify or Klaviyo. Sign in to the service and choose the account, property or store when asked. Reconnect there when a sign-in expires.

Each connection reads the data its current integration supports. Google Analytics has saved daily metrics and live reads. Google Ads reads summary spend, clicks, conversions and active campaign counts. Shopify reads store product and recent-order counts. Klaviyo reads account and flow, list and email-campaign counts.

Read Meta results

Ask your AI app "How are my ads doing?" Goose can read totals, individual source ads, ad sets, campaigns and their stored metrics. You can ask for a date window, a metric, a source campaign or an ad set.

An ad's own results and the whole account's results answer different questions. Keep them apart. Goose gives the currency and numbers with the answer; use those values as given.

Goose only reads Meta. You make ad and budget changes in Ads Manager.

Freshness and tracking

Every finding should say which source and dates support it. Check when Goose last read the account and whether the current read is still running. Stale or incomplete data cannot support the same conclusions as a finished read.

Ask for fresh Meta results when needed. Goose may join a read already running or wait for the service's limit. If sign-in ended, reconnect on Connections.

A tracking check reports whether Meta received the events it needs, when Goose checked and any fix steps. No recorded purchases can also mean no sales. Use the check's explanation to distinguish them.

Website analytics

Ask where website visits came from, which landing pages people used or which pages led to purchases. Goose uses saved Google Analytics data when it fits the question and a live read for other metrics, dates or splits. Website metrics and ad metrics come from different sources.

Save your findings

Ask your AI app to save an analysis as a report. Include the dates, accounts and source evidence behind each finding. General notes and documents belong in Files. See Files.
