Organization and settings

People in your organization share its brands, research, files and credits. Organization lists members. Plan & usage holds billing and credits. Settings holds your profile, connected AI apps and help.

Roles

Members can use the retained tools, approve research prices and approve brand updates. Owners and admins can invite and remove members, manage billing, rename the organization and delete brands. Owners can manage other owners and delete the organization. An organization must keep an owner.

People and brands

Invite people from Organization. Each person signs in with their invited email. Removing a member ends their access and the access of AI apps they connected to the organization.

Use the brand menu to switch brands or add one. Each brand keeps its own Brain, sources, connections, research and files. Edit its name and website in My brand.

Owners and admins can delete a brand from My brand. Access ends immediately and its data is cleared in the background. An owner can delete the organization from Organization. These actions cannot be undone. See Privacy.

Connections

Use Connections for business accounts. Use Connect your AI app to add Goose to an AI app. In Settings, Connected apps lists the AI apps you have authorized and lets you disconnect one.

Your account

Update your name and photo in Settings. Use your account menu to choose a light, dark or system theme. Settings also has help, feedback and credit email preferences. Sign-in and invitation emails remain necessary for access.
